Job Description:
Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts regularly.
- Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements.
- Perform payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to track project expenses.
- Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes.
- Assist with financial audits and tax preparations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and BuilderTrend.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling industry (a plus).
- CPA certification (a plus).
