Landscape Maintenance Foreman

The Forman will perform basic landscape maintenance, gardening, or mowing tasks while following the standards set forth by Cape Cod Property Maintenance and ensuring safe work practices. We are looking to provide a top quality service as that is our reputation.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Ensure that associates working on your crew understand and follow company policies, procedures and work standards.
-Train and supervise crew
-Adhere to all instructions given from your supervisor
-Lead and not manage, forman needs to take part in the work being performed on the jobsite
-Communicate anything necessary to the supervisor
-Maintain the highest standards for quality of work
-Guide and correct crew as necessary to make sure that the quality of work being performed meets CCPM standards
-Adhere to all safety standards set forth by CCPM
-Arrive each day on time and prepared for work, including being dressed in appropriate company uniform
Requirements:
-.Ability to follow instructions (written and verbal)
-Ability to communicate clear instructions
-Ability to work in a team environment and work well with others
-Must deliver quality results within deadlines allowed
-Demonstrate a willingness to learn CCPM standards and procedures
-Have a commitment to safety and safe work environments
-Demonstrate accountability for work performed and being completed on schedule
-Must be able to lift 75lbs on occasion and 50lbs regularly
-Physical Requirements: lifting 50lbs, bending, walking, carrying and pushing on a daily basis
-Ability to work in various weather conditions outdoors
-Some Saturdays required
-Valid Drivers License
-DOT medical card
