Physical Therapist : Position can be full or part-time. We are looking to add a motivated Physical Therapist to our Team to work in Pittsburg Kansas.. Must be licensed in Kansas and in good standing with the Kansas Board of Healing Arts.

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to help patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients’ physical abilities through diagnostic testing and assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Implement treatment plans, including exercises, stretching, and use of modalities.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and home care techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in physical therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and patient management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in [specific area, e.g., orthopedic, sports, pediatric, or geriatric physical therapy] preferred.
