Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in sales. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in educating potential clients about the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the decision-making process.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and outreach efforts
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' energy needs and recommend suitable solar solutions
  • Educate clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential customers
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Stay informed about industry trends, incentives, and technological advancements
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong understanding of solar technology and the renewable energy landscape
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
