We are seeking a Part Time, Full Time or Contract Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LPA or LCSW) to join our team Our group provides mental health counseling in the Houston and surrounding areas. This includes individual, couples and family counseling to children/adolescents and adults with issues ranging from ADHD, Depression, anxiety, trauma, etc. The ideal therapist is flexible, dedicated and compassionate with a strong work ethic. There are opportunities for part-time (minimum 20 hours direct service hours per week) or full-time W2 or contract positions. These are in-office position with flexible scheduling that can include daytime and/or evening and weekend appointments and may include remote work if needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish therapeutic rapport with all clients as assigned.
  • Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse and mental health issues
  • Implement and review treatment plans
  • Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Must be fully Licensed in the state of Texas.
  • Must have professional liability insurance.
  • Must provide counseling services in Spanish and English. - Preferred
