Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Demonstrated capability to complete important tasks assigned by management with a high level of efficiency and professionalism.
  • Analyze competition, market trends, as well as customer demands in order to increase the
    company’s competitive edge and further sales growth
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback for future reference
    and reporting.
  • Assist customers during the installation or setup phase of the software, ensuring a smooth
    onboarding experience.
  • Conduct follow-ups and provide support post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and to
    identify further opportunities for business development.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent (optional).
  • Effective time management skills and schedule flexibility
  • Driven, embodying a relentless spirit, ready to break down barriers and go through walls to make a sale.
