The Position

  • Operate and monitor packaging and industrial machines to ensure efficient production 
  • Perform basic mechanical tasks such as using tape measures, Allen keys, wrenches, channel locks, and screwdrivers.
  • Make machine adjustments using touchscreen controls as needed.
  • Perform routine equipment cleaning, especially when working with liquids, and maintain the cleanliness of the work area
  • Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and preparing the machine for the next production step
  • Conduct basic computer data entry to select inventory numbers and input weights and sheet counts
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination; able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed in a loud, industrial environment
  • Must be able to work 8 hours on a Friday when needed
