Position: Shuttle Driver

Overview:
Highland Express Shuttle Services is seeking a dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team for the Abilene, TX to Dallas MEPS (Military Entrance Processing Station) route. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely and professionally transporting military applicants to and from their destinations along this route. We are looking for reliable and customer-oriented individuals who can provide exceptional service to our passengers. 20-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the shuttle vehicle along the designated route from Abilene, TX to Dallas MEPS.
- Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, maintaining a punctual schedule.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers during their journey.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of each trip.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, DOT physical, background check and clean MVR.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in stressful situations.
- Work on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a shuttle driver or similar role.
- Familiarity with the Abilene and Dallas areas.
- Knowledge of military processes and procedures.
