Are you a talented and passionate makeup artist with a desire to share your expertise and shape the next generation of beauty professionals? L Makeup Institute is seeking a creative and dedicated Makeup Artist Instructor to join our esteemed team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Instructional Mastery: Deliver comprehensive and inspiring makeup artistry lessons, covering fundamental techniques, advanced skills, and industry-specific applications.
  2. Curriculum Enhancement: Collaborate with our team to contribute to the development and refinement of our cutting-edge makeup programs, ensuring they align with industry standards and trends.
  3. Practical Demonstrations: Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical sessions to ensure students gain real-world experience and confidence in their craft.
  4. Individualized Support: Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to students, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  5. Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest makeup trends, products, and techniques, incorporating industry insights into your instruction.
  6. Classroom Leadership: Manage and maintain a positive, inclusive, and organized classroom environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a successful makeup artist with minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Previous teaching or training experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of makeup techniques, products, and a keen understanding of industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
