$20 Rookie

$21 Junior

Roles

  • Strive to be the best installer on the team

  • To make sure your work is always 100% correct and done on time the first time

Responsibilities (What you know already will determine your starting pay. What you learn will increase your pay)

  • Willing to train to run blower door test

  • Insulate and Strap Knee Walls

  • Blow insulation

  • Build Attic dams

  • Be able to step in as a Lead Installer when needed

  • Conduct re-works (solo if needed)

  • Must be able to meet company driving requirements

  • Must be under 6 feet tall and under 200lbs due to working in the attics

  • Must be able to identify potential issues, problem solve, troubleshoot, and overcome

(Installers will be eligible for a rate increase, and/or promotion after they have mastered all their required roles and responsibilities, are in good standing, and have been in their current position for a minimum of 90 days.)

*Pay increases will be evaluated annually during your annual review based on your hire date. Employees are not eligible for pay increases above the max pay grade for each position.

Monthly Bonus:

based on revenue collected based on job completed

*Should an individual's rework (drywall repair, wiring/electrical repairs, plumbing/piping repairs, etc.) costs surpass what they qualify for in bonus’, the individual’s bonus will be forfeited to cover the costs of the rework

Requirements to qualify for Bonus:

  • Attendance: Only 1 day a month of unexcused absence allowed

  • No more than 5 min tardy 3 days a month

  • Weekly equipment maintenance logs completed, turned in and reviewed with Install manager on Friday

  • Work orders all signed and completed
