Experienced Foreman

We are seeking a reliable and experienced construction foreman or field supervisor to oversee various building projects for Ragnar Remodels, LLC in the Stanford, KY area. This position starts as a temporary project-based role with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance. During active project periods, you will be responsible for the on-site coordination of construction activities, crew management, quality control, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure quality work in line with project goals.
• Supervise and mentor construction crews, ensuring efficient workflow and resource utilization.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients to report progress and address any potential issues.
• Uphold strict safety standards on the job site according to OSHA and company guidelines.
• Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory.
• Troubleshoot construction issues and make adjustments to maintain project timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in construction with demonstrated supervisory capabilities.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and construction documents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

• OSHA certification (10-hour or 30-hour)
• Experience in handyman work, construction, demolition, and home/business remodeling
