We have an immediate need for an Estate Planning Paralegal for a 3-month contract. The compensation will depend on experience.

Estate Planning Paralegal to draft trusts, wills, POA's, deeds and LLC documents. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent typing, writing, editing & phone skills, and work well under pressure.

As the first Alternative Business Structure law firm approved by the Arizona Supreme Court, it is critical that a candidate work well with the financial advisors and other team members at our sister company, Trajan Wealth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing trusts, wills, POAs, deeds, and LLCs AZ and out-of-state.
  • Coordinating with clients, banks, financial advisors and insurance companies to assist our clients with funding their trust after they sign their documents
  • Working on a local team of paralegals and attorneys
  • Communicating with county recorders offices, corporation commission offices and secretary of state offices (in and outside AZ) to complete filings and recordings
  • Working closely with financial advisors and other team members at our sister company, Trajan Wealth

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years Paralegal experience or similar role.
  • 4-year college degree or a paralegal / legal assistant certificate. CLDP's also welcome to apply.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication capability
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • A positive attitude, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with a high tolerance for change.
  • Knowledge of investing and/or estate planning.
  • Strong communication and listening skills to uncover client needs
  • WealthDocx experience preferred
