Coastscapes LLC is a landscaping company committed to delivering "aesthetic garden design and practical landscape solutions." As we aim to expand our maintenance division, we are looking for a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Foreman to join our team.

 

**Job Description:**

 

As the Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you will play a crucial role in both servicing our existing clients and developing new business. You will be the division leader and the "face" of our maintenance division. 

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

- Service existing clients and develop new maintenance accounts.

- Lead the maintenance division and oversee daily operations.

- Perform skilled pruning and hedge trimming.

- Operate all powered landscaping tools efficiently.

- Understand and maintain commercial and residential irrigation systems.

- Maintain a tidy site with a keen "eye" for cleanliness.

 

**Desired Skills (Essential):**

 

- Skilled in pruning and hedge trimming.

- Proficient with all powered landscaping tools.

- Basic understanding of commercial and residential irrigation systems.

- Strong ability to maintain a tidy and clean worksite.

 

**Bonus Skills (Highly Desirable):**

 

- Plant identification with an emphasis on invasive and native species.

- Experience with low voltage lighting maintenance.

- Landscaping maintenance sales or supervisory experience.

- Proficiency in heavy equipment operation.

**Position Details:**

 

- Initially working 3-4 days a week for the first 2 months.
