Night Club Manager

Salary: $70,000 per year + Bonus

Job Summary:

• Oversee all aspects of our Restaurant/Nightclub & Bar operations
• Drive sales and profitability to meet targets
• Ensure effective execution of beverage service, guest interaction, and maintenance of atmosphere and cleanliness
• Manage and train staff on Toast/Restaurant 365 software for inventory/ordering
• Establish and maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Fast learner, knowledge of the nightlife industry
• 5+ years of Restaurant/Nightclub Experience
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience in the entertainment industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS (TOAST), and Restaurant 365 
• Knowledgeable in nightclub operations, fine dining, beverage service, and special events
• Familiar with state and local liquor, labor, and health code regulations
• 21+ years of age and have a valid Driver’s License
• Required certifications: ServSafe, RBS Cert (must have by interview date)
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
