**Job Title: Full-Time Daycare Teacher**

**Overview:**
Join our team at Children's Corner Worcester, LLC. as a Full-Time Daycare Teacher We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals who love working with children and are committed to providing a nurturing and educational environment. As a daycare teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of young children, fostering their development, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum to stimulate and engage children in learning and exploration.
2. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive.
3. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and coworkers through effective communication and collaboration.
4. Observe and assess children's progress, and communicate with parents about their child's development and achievements.
5. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, including sanitizing toys and equipment regularly.
6. Follow all daycare policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
7. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required.

**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting preferred.
3. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
6. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
7. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
8. Fingerprinting is mandatory and will have to pass a BRC
9. Must be EEC Certified (*Teachers Only*)
