Licensed Clinical Director

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Director to become a part of our team You will coordinate mental health, addiction treatment, some medical and health services in a 6-bed residential detox and addiction treatment facility.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee treatment and health service activities and personnel.
- Plan and coordinate treatment and schedules
- Work collaboratively with Medical Director, psychiatrist, counselors, nurses and other staff to implement appropriate treatment goals and programs.
- Ensure that licensed facility meets all the standards for Joint Commission Accreditation and DHS regulations.
- Ensure that team is collaborating with one another to ensure patient safety.
- Establish and enforce program policies and procedures
- Provide monthly training to staff in order to ensure that staff team is developing and growing together in knowledge and best practices
Qualifications:
- MUST BE licensed as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LCSW, PSYCHOLOGIST)
- Knowledgeable in KIPU electronic medical records documentation preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in drug treatment addiction and detox treatment
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
