Job Description: RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician for a 13+ week contract position in Shiloh, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, ensuring the efficient and accurate preparation of medications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
- Accurately enter prescription information into the pharmacy system.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
- Perform medication reconciliation and verification.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
Shift:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Qualifications:
- 1+ year or more of recent Retail or Mail Order Experience
- Experience working with PioneerRx preferred
- IL Pharmacy Technician License
- PTCB Preferred
