We are seeking a Store Warehouse Associate to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product to customers
  • Ensure clear sidewalks and entrances
  • Receive, distribute, and track store merchandise
  • Maintain a clean warehouse and dock.
  • Provide assistance to customers on spa water care.
  • Support the sales team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Clean driving record
  • Previous experience in general labor, customer service or related fields
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to drive a forklift or be willing to learn
  • Able to work well with team members
  • Strong communication skills

When we first began, we were in the energy conservation/energy efficiency business, selling everything from wood-burning stoves, solar panels, and wind generators to weather-stripping products. While our product inventory has changed over the years, our focus on providing energy-efficient products and being a green business remains as strong as ever.

Energy Plus is the largest fireplace dealer in northern Minnesota. Because of our size, we can pick and choose the products we want to carry, providing our customers with some of the best products the industry has to offer. Many of our best-selling products are “Minnesota made” which we are very proud of that fact. In addition, several of our products are "Made in the USA". We pride ourselves that the products we both sell and service have that distinction.

Our Products ~
We invite you to visit our showroom at the intersection of Hwy 53 and Arrowhead Road, next to Menards in Hermantown, Minnesota, where we have over 40 fireplaces on display, all burning for your view and inspection. We also carry an extensive inventory of home accessories. Everything we carry is sure to add warmth, comfort, and value to your home.

Our People ~
While we are very proud of the products we carry, we are even more excited to tell you about our staff. We employ over 10 individuals at Energy Plus, all industry trained and experienced in helping customers find the right product to fit their home and lifestyle. With their expertise, we can service what we sell and are the only fireplace retailer in the area who has been doing our own installations for over 40 years.

We work hard to carry the best products, hire the best people and provide the best customer service experience.
