We are seeking a Branch Coordinator/Recruiter to join our in-house Lone Wolf Staffing team Huge room for growth, we are a loyal, generous and fun ownership group for the right person. We pay a very generous commission (built in commission on our current billing will add to your overall compensation but the base pay is as listed) for this opening that is based on monthly billing, it is very important to the owners Lone Wolf Staffing that you are rewarded for taking care of the clients. Our commission package for staff in unmatched in the industry, take our word on this. The right candidate will report directly to the owner, and this is an opportunity for anyone in the Staffing business, a current branch manager, an assistant branch manager, a top-level recruiter, or anyone who is in the business who feels underappreciated and just needs to a chance to prove their work. You will have a voice if hired and be expected to work independently but will have a direct line to the involved owner as needed.

A very competitive salary, plus commission, cell phone, car allowance.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts.
• Maintain personnel records.
• Compile reports from personnel databases
• Review and update HR information system records
• Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Staffing
• General knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Bilingual/English/Spanish
