We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser and Food Service Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As a Merchandiser and Food Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in presenting and implementing our food program at convenience stores. Your primary responsibilities will include executing planograms, ensuring product displays are visually appealing, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires someone with a strong eye for detail and a passion for food presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and maintain planograms to ensure product displays are in line with company standards.
  • Present our food program to convenience store managers and staff, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Regularly visit assigned convenience store locations to ensure product availability, proper rotation, and freshness.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to improve our offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure the success of our food program.
  • Use your own vehicle for transportation to various store locations (mileage reimbursed after the first 15 miles).
  • Maintain an organized and efficient schedule to ensure timely visits to all assigned stores.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.

Expectations:
  • Work during store merchandising can be physically demanding as store products and shelving may be relocated.
  • Requires prolonged physical activity during resets, moving product, ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds.
  • Requires ability to move, construct, and adjust shelving, displays, foodservice equipment, etc.
  • Requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Requires frequent reaching of hands and arms.
  • Occasional overnight travel.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Must always maintain vehicle insurance. 
  • Successfully complete pre-employment drug screening.
  • Use of personal cell phone during work hours.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in merchandising, food service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Presentation skill.
  • Experience with planograms and store layout design.
  • General CPG product knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to use your own vehicle for work-related travel (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for food presentation.
