We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction projects and ensuring worksites are safe and efficient.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Dig trenches, pour concrete, or perform other manual labor tasks as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople

Skills:

- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and follow instructions.
- Basic Construction Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes and tools is a plus.
- Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents on-site.
- Reliability: Punctuality and commitment to completing assigned tasks efficiently.
