Property Monitoring – Computer Surveillance and Assessment Specialist  

Responsible for computer-based monitoring and surveillance of Parking Lots, Security Systems, Remote Cameras, and Building Automation Systems for HVAC and Fire Life Safety; working at the corporate home office with our Commercial Property Management Team for monitoring services of off-location commercial properties located throughout the United States.  Such duties will include but not be limited to:

·        Responsible for and lead all off-site monitoring duties for building systems and parking lots

·        Monitor daily / hourly cameras for site parking lots  with remote access and parker interface

·        Review daily Building Automation Systems (BAS) and report to senior property management  

·        Support Local Property Managers with monitoring data and analysis

·        Assist with Property Management Coordination of Emergency and after-hours Services

·        Proficient in Word and Excel,

·        Exceptional Writing and Communication Skills

·        Must be Highly Organized
