Hospice Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a Hospice Area Manager (Sales) for a full-time opportunity with our team in San Diego, California

The Hospice Area Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources and responding to customer requests and concerns.

Compensation Package:

  • $110,000 to $140,000 Per Year (Based on Experience)
  • 10+ Admissions Per Month = $10,000 Bonus Per Month
  • Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance
  • 2 Weeks of Paid Vacation Time
  • 1 Week of Paid Sick Time
  • $600 Car Allowance Per Month
  • $1,000 Expense Allowance Per Month
  • $90 Monthly Device Stipend

Requirements:

  • Must Have Your Own Hospice Book of Business
  • Must Have Experience Admitting At Least 5 Hospice Patients Per Month
  • Spanish Speaking Individual Preferred but NOT Required
  • Current and Active Driver's License
  • Must Have a Compassionate and Can-Do Attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Working in South County San Diego - Chula Vista, East County, National City, and San Diego Proper Area(s)
  • Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources.
  • Builds and monitors community, customer, and patient perceptions of our organization as a high quality provider of services.
  • Provides leadership in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
