Patient Concierge

The Fascia Institute and Treatment (FIT) Center is dedicated to providing specialized care to patients with fascial dysfunction. Fascia, which connects all of the body's muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, skin, and organs, can cause severe pain and disability when damaged or restricted. Located in the Greater New Orleans Region, FIT utilizes ultrasound imaging to assess areas of pain or dysfunction in real-time, offering unique fascial treatments such as hydrorelease, hydrodissection, and regenerative treatments. FIT is open to all patients, including athletes and those with hypermobility.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Concierge. The Patient Concierge will be responsible for providing concierge services, managing reservations, communicating with patients, and performing receptionist duties. Additionally, the Patient Concierge will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
