We are looking to add a Master Lead Carpenter and a Carpenter to our team. Our carpenters build, lead, teach, plan, learn and work together as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service and quality projects to our clients.

Skills and abilities we are looking for in a Lead Carpenter:

-able to work Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm outdoors, year round without any limitations in handling materials or working on structures.

-stick framing experience with roofs and floor systems as well as trim experience.

-ability to interpret plans.

-no restrictions on drivers license and able to drive company vehicles as needed.

-positive attitude and the ability to work with others as part of a team.

-be able to safely produce quality work.

-able to learn and take on responsibility with a desire to grow.
