About the Opportunity:

Prime Personnel Resources is assisting a company that has an opening for a Construction Manager/Superintendent. This is a full time, temp-to-hire opportunity. Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:30pm.

The primary role is to maintain the integrity and reputation of the company, ensure quality work, provide a safe work environment, and contribute significantly to the overall profit and well-being of the company. Managing the day-to-day operations in the community/communities you have been assigned. Including the building of new homes, managing of inventory homes, and managing the warranty of the existing homes.

Key Areas of Accountability

• Plans, oversees, and participates in assigned construction projects.
• Prepares and monitors construction schedules.
• Provides for safety and security of the workplace.
• Monitor work for legal and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Analyze problems, troubleshoot, and identify alternative solutions to problems.
• Accountable for receiving and verifying deliveries as well as manage returns.
• Prepares and presents various reports for management and other necessary correspondence.

About You
The ideal candidate will bring:

• Diploma or degree, High School/GED required, Associates preferred
• Five plus years in the new home construction industry
• Microsoft Office
• Positive, friendly, professional demeanor
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow through of tasks
• Professional communication both verbal and written
• Working knowledge of construction management software Buildtopia is preferred but not required
