KPM Franklin is a rapidly growing, multi-disciplined professional services land planning, engineering, and surveying firm. Our surveying department does a wide range of Home Building Survey such as boundary survey, topo survey, construction layout and as-built survey. We are seeking a full-time Survey Crew Chief to join our Kissimmee, Florida office. We offer a very competitive salary and benefits package. KPMFranklin is also an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements:

• General knowledge and understanding of the Florida Standards of Practice for Surveying and ALTA/NSPS Standards.
• Ability to operate and maintain surveying instrumentation including levels, total stations, and GPS.
• Ability to take thorough field notes and record any observations made during the performance of a survey.
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff and management and work well in a group environment.
• Compute measurements and interpret survey data to determine positions, shapes, and elevations.
• Look for evidence of previous boundaries to determine where boundary lines are located.
• Record the results of surveying and verify the accuracy of data.
• 3-5 years of experience as Crew Chief
• Valid Florida Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
