Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients managing diabetes and chronic conditions? We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team.

Position: Registered Dietitian
 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert nutritional counseling and guidance to patients with diabetes and chronic conditions.
  • Develop personalized diet plans tailored to individual patient needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and current dietary guidelines.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and monitor patients' progress over time.
  • Educate patients and their families on nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and self-management strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in nutritional science related to diabetes and chronic diseases.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Dietitian (RD) or Nutritionist (RDN) with [Certifying Body].
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with diabetic and chronically ill patients in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field of dietetics and nutrition.
