Job DescriptionJob Description

Manufacturers' Rep Agency seeking a highly motivated and experienced Northeast Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling air compressors, air receiver tanks and fittings across the Northeast region (NJ, NY, PA, and New England). This role requires a deep understanding of air compressor technology and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the air compressor industry.
  • Knowledge of air compressor technology and applications.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
