Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday (8:30 AM 5:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and dispense prescription orders for long-term care facilities following established protocols and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough medication reviews and consultations to ensure optimal therapy outcomes for patients in long-term care settings.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to address medication-related issues and optimize medication therapy management.
  • Maintain meticulous records of prescription orders, patient profiles, and medication inventory to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on medication use, side effects, and adherence to promote safe and effective medication management in long-term care settings.


Requirements:

  • Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Arkansas.
  • Long Term Care experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience.
