Carpet Cleaning Specialist (Salem and Portland Areas)

compensation: $800 weekly minimum + Bonuses 

Most jobs pay you the exact same every day, month, and year, no matter how good you are at what you do. What is the incentive to be great, then?

We’re looking for somebody who wants to earn what they are worth, and continue to earn more as they get better and better at their job. Our top performer has earned over $5,000 in a less than a month of work. 

Here are the qualities you need to thrive in this role:

·       Ability to make people feel comfortable (friendly, good interpersonal skills)

·       Wisdom to understand why people want service, so you can offer additional recommendations that fit exactly what the customer wants and needs (sales skills)

·       Attention to detail, drive to be excellent (a bit OCD about doing great work)

·       Being a great person and the desire to help others (ethical sales, great customer service)

Beyond these skills, we’re looking for reliable, honest people to become our next carpet cleaning technician. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday. Applicants do not need previous carpet cleaning experience, but must have a winning attitude, possess great work ethic, demonstrate great customer service skills and work well in a team environment. Past sales experience is a bonus.
 

Responsibilities: 

-Provide superior carpet cleanings for our customers

-Establish professional, business relationships with customers

-Educate customers on the benefits of using Oxi Fresh 
-Clean and maintain our equipment
-Uphold all company polices and procedures
-Execute our proven, standardized cleaning protocols to provide customers with cleaner, healthier living spaces
-Recommend the purchase of additional services and products where appropriate

Requirements: 

-Valid drivers license with good driving history
-Internet access 

-Must be organized and able to multi-task

-Friendly and professional attitude 

-Dependable and reliable

-Fast learner 

-Team player 
-Candidates must be able to pass a drug test, have a clean motor vehicle record and criminal background

Oxi Fresh technicians who provide exceptional customer service can earn in excess of $800 a week plus bonuses. Our top performers can earn over $5,000 per month, and can earn more as they continue to craft excellence into their work performance.
