High volume specialties include orthopedics, total joints, neuro, general surgery, total joints, and pain management. We have a highly skilled team of nurses and clinical staff that provide clinical excellence, supporting patients and the surgeons in all phases of the surgical process.
- Company Growth: Newly opened Interventional Procedural Center and expansion of operating rooms allowing for an additional 1,800 – 2,000 surgeries annually.
- Accreditation: SWRSC earned an accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), confirming our adherence to excellence in patient care.
What You Will Do:
- Provide direct patient care to surgical patients in the ambulatory surgical care setting.
- Assess and care for patients recovering from general anesthesia, monitored anesthesia and IV sedation.
- Provide care, assessment and education to patient in pre-operative area.
- Appropriately oversee recovery.
- Opportunity to team lead
What You Will Need:
- Relief status employees are required to avail themselves to Southwest Washington Regional Surgery Center at least 4 shifts every 6 weeks.
- A qualified candidate for this position must be Registered with the state of Washington Department of Health.
- BLS & ACLS Certification required.
- 1-2 years of pre or post op, ER, acute care setting or ICU experience required.
- Great multi-tasking skills, highly organized, communication skills, positive attitude with good team building skills.
