BOOKKEEPER RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Bookkeeper you are the backbone of our distinguished client, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining meticulous and up-to-date financial records. Your Bookkeeper responsibilities will include:

• Advanced Financial Record Mastery: Utilize cutting-edge accounting software and tools to ensure precision in financial record-keeping.
• Transaction Maestro: Record diverse financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Reconciliation Expertise: Conduct meticulous reconciliations of bank statements and financial statements for impeccable accuracy.
• Financial Reporting Prodigy: Assist in the preparation of crucial financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• ️ Month-end and Year-end Excellence: Play a key role in closing procedures, organizing financial data, and preparing requisite documents.

BOOKKEEPER PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Educational Foundation: High school diploma or its equivalent is a mandatory requirement.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a must.

• Accounting Acumen: Fundamental accounting experience and familiarity with accounting principles.
