Position Summary

The ERP Administrator will be responsible for identifying where all data (including labor and material costs, purchase order and sales order demand, and invoice revenue) resides in the database and what ERP transactions move or change this data. The ERP Administrator will be responsible for all ERP end user support, ERP customization and report development, ERP technical maintenance, ERP feature adoption, and ERP process optimization.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate with department directors to use ERP data in the design of measurable KPIs and real time data tracking tools.
  • Develop BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, notifications, UD fields, and customized kinetic applications
  • Develop new report styles using SSRS and Microsoft Report Builder
  • Deploy Microsoft Power BI integrations and data visualizations
  • Use the Data Migration Tool for ad hoc and scheduled bulk data uploads
  • Provide internal ERP end user support
  • Coordinate EpicCare communications and install solutions and data fixes
  • Manage ERP end user security and access
  • Create and manager ERP user records
  • Plan and deploy Attachment Path Maintenance
  • Plan and deploy Enterprise Search
  • Plan and deploy Data Discovery
  • Maintain the ERP SQL databases, the ERP application server, and related ERP extensions and applications.
  • Assist with ERP system upgrades, updates, and hot patches.
  • Plan ERP sustainability and optimization efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology or Engineering field preferred
  • An associate’s degree with substantial industry experience is acceptable
  • Fluency in SQL and PowerShell preferred.
  • Functional knowledge of manufacturing preferred
  • Experience in developing Power BI data visualizations preferred

Experience

  • Minimum five years working with Epicor
  • Minimum two years working with Epicor version 11 (Kinetic) or above
  • Experienced Epicor Application Studio user
  • Experienced SSRS and Microsoft Report Builder user
  • Experienced finance and project user of Epicor
  • Certifications
    1. Epicor Technical Management Certification preferred
    2. Epicor Tool Management Certification preferred
    3. Epicor Financial Management Certification preferred
  • Fluency in SQL and PowerShell preferred.

Education
