We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barber Instructor to join our team and help shape the next generation of skilled barbers. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the day to day operations of the student clinic floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Instruct students in barbering techniques, including hair cutting, styling, shaving, and grooming. Demonstrate proper procedures, techniques, and safety measures.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Monitor student appointments and client walk-ins.
Ensure timely and efficient client flow through the clinic.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and resolution.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
Handle cash transactions, manage cash register, and maintain accurate financial records.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards on the clinic floor.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
