Title: Senior SEO Program Manager

Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months

Pay Range: $75/ hr to $82/hr (As per experience)

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with SEO, with a focus on technical and content SEO.
  • Expert understanding of SEO analytics, with experience analyzing results and presenting them to key partners and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the latest SEO best practices across all major search engines.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially an ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing complex international, large-scale, and time-critical technical SEO projects preferred.
  • Very strong attention to detail.

Description:

  • Shape the organic search strategy for company’s products and services related to the Americas region, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
  • Meet SEO revenue targets by implementing regionally relevant optimizations .
  • Report SEO performance to stakeholders and help them integrate these insights into their plans.
  • Work with regional marketing leads to promote company’s seasonal and commercial campaigns in our organic search results.
  • Work with product management to understand the SEO impact of broader technical projects and provide requirements when needed.
  • Be an evangelist for the SEO program, sharing its impact on the financial and brand goals.
  • Continually test SEO hypotheses, analyze the results, and apply learnings to the site.

Top Hard Skills:

  • SEO experience: minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally more. Their roles have been specifically on SEO. What they tend to see is people span general digital marketing, some paid search, etc. They want someone that is specifically focused on SEO.
  • SEO has a variety of different areas within SEO. They want someone that is somewhere in the middle of technical and content SEO and can more or less do both.
  • International exp is a plus but not required. Always useful.
  • Leading Seasonal campaigns and promotions.
  • Will do reporting and analytics.
  • No specific programming language required but always a plus:
  • Will be working with Tableau for analytics and Adobe Analytics. Tableau would be a good one for them to have. Not required or essential.
  • SEO Tools they use: SEO Clarity or if they have experience with Raw Edge or HVAX, some exp with enterprise SEO tool kits is beneficial for the role.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
