Job DescriptionJob Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located at 238 Saw Mill River Road Unit 1, Millwood, NY for a Strength and Conditioning Coach. The Strength and Conditioning Coach will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing exercise programs for athletes and clients.

  • Conducting fitness assessments, providing coaching and guidance on proper form and technique, and monitoring individual progress.

  • Training members in a private (1-on-1), as well as Small Group (4-on-1) setting.

Qualifications

  • Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.

  • Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.

  • Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.

  • Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire athletes and clients.
