Looking for a counselor/therapist who can work with children, youth and adults.

We are currently looking for a counselor/therapist for our Greeley team. Will assist with Colorado licensure process if needed. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

 

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent
  • Licensed to practice independently by the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Provisional License.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health counseling to a diverse clientele
  • Communicate client needs and updates to the treatment team as needed.
  • Maintain current and accurate documentation of services using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
  • Participate in weekly Staff Meetings
  • Other duties as assigned
