You will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their Disney vacations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring every detail of their trip is perfect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on all Disney destinations, including theme parks, resorts, cruises, and special events.
  • Tailor vacation packages to meet clients' needs, preferences, and budgets.
  • Handle all aspects of trip planning, including accommodations, dining reservations, FastPass+ selections, park tickets, and transportation.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Disney offerings, promotions, and travel trends.
  • Assist clients with any changes or issues that may arise before or during their trip.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide tips and insider information to enhance the client's Disney experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
