1. Accounting Services:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies in financial reporting and recordkeeping.
2. Audit and Assurance Services:
- Conduct financial audits of client organizations to verify the accuracy of financial records, assess internal controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform audit procedures, including risk assessment, sampling, testing of transactions, and documentation of audit evidence.
- Prepare audit reports detailing findings, conclusions, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
3. Tax Services:
- Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, and other entities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Provide tax planning advice and strategies to minimize tax liabilities, maximize tax savings, and optimize financial outcomes for clients.
- Represent clients in tax audits and disputes with tax authorities, advocating on their behalf and providing expert guidance and support.
4. Financial Analysis and Advisory Services:
- Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide financial and business advisory services to clients, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and risk management.
- Assist clients with mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, financial due diligence, and other transactional services.
5. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges, and providing personalized solutions and support.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise, insights, and recommendations to help them achieve their financial and business goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
6. Professional Development and Compliance:
- Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and maintain expertise.
