Contract to Direct 6-12+ months M-F 40 hours weekly


Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and networks
  • Installing software, setting up local networks and configuring hardware
  • Identifying and resolving technical problems
  • Researching and evaluating new technologies
  • Providing help desk technical support
  • Developing security systems to safeguard computer networks and systems, meeting Aerospace requirements
  • Creating backup and recovery plans
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and evaluate requirements for new systems or system upgrades
  • Develop, install, configure, and maintain system applications and hardware
  • Identify and rectify system related problems
  • Administer user accounts and email addresses
  • Create support documents and update knowledge base materials

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • Epicor ERP, Microsoft SQL / SSRS, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Customer service, problem-solving, technical aptitude, communication, and analytical skills
