About this position

 

As a technician, you’ll be on the front line representing Ace Pest Control, traveling to appointments across the Panhandle to help our clients solve their pest challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to think on your feet and solve problems using your skills and knowledge base, and to really make a difference in the health and well-being of our clients.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Inspect and assess commercial and residential structures to determine the type of infestation and identify the best treatment options

  • Treat affected areas using appropriate methodology

  • Develop preventative methods to reduce the risk of future infestations

  • Communicate with the customer about their concerns, explain the treatment methods, outline the pricing, answer questions and go over next steps

  • Represent Ace Pest Control with honesty and integrity

Skills and requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license/clean driving record

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

  • Ability to stand, walk, crouch, and climb for long periods of time

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

  • Punctual and detail oriented​​​​​
