Property Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionJob Description

Building Maintenance needed for 100+ units across Greendale, Greenfield, and Milwaukee. This job is to be part of a crew. Once trained and work product is approved, there will be plenty of opportunity to work in individual units alone, as needed.

Duties Include:

• Can work under a Property Manager
• Must be able to communicate with coworkers and vendors
• attention to detail
• Basic knowledge(Licenses not required) of Electrical, plumbing, Carpentry, painting
• Ability to swap locks as needed
• Ability to get tasks and repairs done in a timely manner
• Basic Landscape duties:
  • sidewalk snow removal and salting (Shovel, ATV and Snowblowers to use)
  • Leaf blowing
  • Trimming as needed
  • Mowing (currently not necessary)
• Ability to lift 50lbs or More depending on the tasks
  • removal of furniture
  • movement of materials (paint, drywall, etc.)
• Scheduling and overseeing contractors
• Vacant apartment maintenance
  • Miscellaneous maintenance (drywall, plaster, painting, plumbing, etc.)

Hourly Pay with opportunity for a 401K and earned PTO.
