Location: Weston and Medfield, MA

Schedule: 8/hr shifts anywhere between 8:00AM/8:30-5:00; 32 HPW

  • Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri - fully staffed on Wednesdays
  • Required to work 1 weekend a month, 8am - noon
  • Main location is Weston, travel to Medfield for 1 shift a week + for vacation/illness coverage.
  • *Must be flexible with schedule - may be scheduled until 7pm latest (updated 6/3)

Requirements:

  • EPIC required
  • Front desk/patient scheduling needed.

Role Description

  • Greeting patients upon arrival for appointments
  • Taking incoming calls
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Confirming appointments
  • Insurance verification
  • Collecting co-pays and other balances due
  • Reviewing and routing EPIC messages

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or previous experience in medical setting
  • Attention to detail and staying organized is a must
  • Superior phone skills; confident and professional when calling people and being accurate with information.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and a high degree of comfort using various technologies and systems.
