Warehouse Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead. The Lead will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating team activities, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring the successful completion of projects or tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Location: Jamaica, NY

Schedule: 6 AM to 2:30 PM or 3 PM to 11:30PM

Pay: $19.40/hr

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to team members, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Serve as a point of contact between team members and management, communicating expectations, updates, and feedback effectively.
• Train and mentor new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their roles effectively.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting teamwork, resolving conflicts, and celebrating achievements.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional development and growth.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance overall team performance.
