Secondary Operator Job Duties:

The Secondary Operator will work in a factory performing repetitive tasks as assigned. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Load machines properly
  • Package parts
  • Clean parts
  • Deburr parts
  • Operate simple machines
  • Follow route sheets and handle parts from one machine operation to the next machine operation including finishing parts by deburring, tumbling, preparing and packaging product for sub-contracting operations.
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Attention to detail

Secondary Operator Skills and Qualifications:

· Problem-solving skills, Organizational skills, Procedural mindset, Ability to prioritize and attention to detail.  Attention to detail, Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.

· Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 pounds
