Job Description:

  • MUST HAVE current Health Insurance License (Florida 2-15 Insurance License Required)

  • Assist individuals through decision-making process of selecting health insurance plan that matches their needs

  • Highly motivated, energetic, quick-learning, confident individual

  • Able to work through Annual Enrollment Period

  • Facilitate and manage INBOUNDS (no cold-calling)

  • Have passion for helping the aging and disabled community

Responsibilities:

  • MUST HAVE current Health Insurance License (Florida 2-15 Insurance License Required)

  • Manage inbound/outbound sales inquiries to sell health insurance plans and products (no cold-calling)

  • Consult/advise individuals on health insurance policy selection/application process

  • Act as expert for health insurance enrollments

  • Be the “Face of Kauffman Insurance Group”

  • Learn new concepts/product offerings including: Major Medical, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans etc.

  • Follow KIG internal policies and procedures

  • Comply with Federal CMS and State legal requirements and standards

Requirements:

  • Must be able to successfully complete all licensing requirements (with KIG financial help)

  • Sales experience REQUIRED

  • Highly driven and competitive in nature, hardworking

  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional and motivated self-starter

  • Computer Proficient: Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and performance-driven environment

  • Bilingual a PLUS
