Feedtruck Driver/Feedmill Operator

Summary:  This position is responsible for driving the feed truck loaded with product to producers in a manner that maintains or improves customer relationships for the feed department, along with providing assistance to feed mill/grain elevator operations when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Drives truck to designated customer location and delivers feed product.
• Provides excellent customer service on behalf of ATC.
• Presents a professional, positive image to customers and co-workers at all times.
• Insures that all feed is inspected for quality standards as the primary point of contact for our customers.
• Delivers feed in bulk or bag in a timely manner.
• Performs daily pre/post trip inspections of vehicles and/or trailers and reports findings to supervisor when appropriate.
• Maintains feed truck in excellent working condition and appearance.
• Performs maintenance and light repairs on truck and equipment as needed.
• Completes all required documentation and paperwork. 
• Assists in the processing of feed, as well as housekeeping duties as warranted.
• Aids in the bagging and receiving of ingredients, as well as other phases of feed production.
• Assists in all aspects of elevator operation as needed.
• Attends safety and job skills training as requested by management.
• Performs all other duties assigned by Location Manager.

Required Education/Experience:

• Class A or B CDL
• Clean Driving Record for 3 years
