Job DescriptionJob Description

Part time medical secretary is needed for a growing mental health clinic in Montgomery, Al. The candidate will have experience with calling in prescriptions, medication prior authorizations, verifying all types of insurance, answering calls from patients and the public and documenting such calls, scheduling appointments, and closing the office each day. Familiarity with electronic medical records also a plus. Perfect attendance and professionalism is required along with excellent people skills. High school diploma is a must. An associate’s diploma in health care administration would be a plus. The position is Part time  and closes the office each day Monday-Friday 10-6.  No calls please.
