Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: O'Fallon, MO 63368
Duration: 06 Months (Onsite - Role) (Extension based on performance)
Pay Rate: ($18-$19) hourly
Description:
- The candidate in this position will be detail-oriented, organized, and have a focus on quality of work over quantity.
- The candidate will be able to work in both a group setting and alone with minimal supervision
- The position will require the candidate to be able to learn at a reasonable pace and can recall information learned.
- This is an expansive position, meaning that the more the candidate can learn, the more items and processes they will be responsible for reviewing.
- The nature of the business is to review items validated by our offshore (India) team.
- The stateside position in O’Fallon will review the validator’s work for consistency, accuracy, and process.
- This is a quality review/audit position, and the candidate will be responsible for the quality review of items in several different validation processes daily.
- The position will be responsible for signing off on second reviews, attesting to their accuracy and validity.
- This position has a direct customer impact, and the work is subject to adhering to federal regulations and time constraints.
- The candidate will be trained on the necessary platforms and processes required to perform the job correctly and efficiently.
- Experience with Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized individual.
- Attention to detail is key in this role.
- Ability to work in a quick learning environment.
- Strong communication skills, both speaking and writing.
- Ability to work independently.
